โรงเรียนเสริมสวยแกลมเมอร์ Glammer Education ได้ริเริ่มหลักสูตรภาควิชาการศึกษาเพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้
ให้กับนักออกแบบความงาม อันจะเป็นปัจจัยในการสร้างแนวความคิดสร้างสรรค์อย่างมีศิลปะ
ภายใต้คำนิยามที่ว่า ศิลปะการออกแบบภาคบูรณาการ Total Intelligent
Design
หากนักออกแบบความงามได้รับการพัฒนาจินตนาการสร้างสรรค์ภาคบูรณาการแล้ว
สิ่งที่ได้รับก็คือผลงานที่มีคุณภาพมากขึ้น ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ใหม่ๆ
มีมาตราฐานการทำงานที่ดีขึ้น
เพื่อการพัฒนาและการแข่งขันออกแบบนานาชาติ และที่สำคัญที่สุด
อันเป็นเจตนารมณ์ของ โรงเรียนเสริมสวยแกลมเมอร์ Glammer Education ก็คือ การทำงานร่วมกันของนักออกแบบความงามทุกองค์กรไม่ว่าจะเป็น
ช่างผม ( Stylist ) ช่างทำสีผม ( Technician )
ช่างแต่งหน้า ( Make Up ) ช่างออกแบบเสื้อผ้า ( Designer )
มีความลงตัวไม่ขัดแย้งกัน และสามารถสร้างสรรค์ผลงานร่วมกันด้วยจินตนาการที่เสมอภาค
อันจะทำให้ผลงานออกแบบเข้าสู่การเป็นสากลที่แท้จริง
Glammer History
ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา ตั้งแต่บริษัท
แกลมเมอร์ เวย์ จำกัด ได้ถูกก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2536
บริษัทฯ ได้ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับช่างผมมืออาชีพมากมายหลายประเทศ ทั้งในระดับประเทศและระดับโลก
และเนื่องจากบริษัทฯ เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลรักษาเส้นผมจากหลายประเทศ
ที่เน้นหนักในการคืนกำไรแก่ช่างผมด้วยการพัฒนาทางด้านการศึกษา
บริษัทฯ จึงได้เปิดห้องอบรมช่างผมขึ้น
เพื่อเป็นศูนย์กลางการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ระหว่างช่างผมมืออาชีพนานาชาติ
ภายใต้ชื่อว่า โรงเรียนเสริมสวยแกลมเมอร์ Glammer Education
ซึ่งได้มีการพัฒนามาเป็นโรงเรียนเสริมสวยสอนทางด้านความงามในเวลาต่อมาจนปัจจุบันนี้
Throughout the performance of Glamour Way
Company Limited. (The"Company")
since its establishment in 1993,the Company has closely involved
with many professional
hairdressers in both country and international levels. Since
the Company
is a distributor of high quality hair care product from many
countries. the Company
therefore desired to return its profit to the hairdressers by
establishing its salon academy
to by en educational center for developing the academic knowledge
among the professional
hairdresssers worldwide under the name of "GLAMMER EDUCATION"
The said system has been gradually developed to be a salon academy
to date.

โรงเรียนเสริมสวยแกลมเมอร์ Glammer Education ได้สร้างผลงานมาในช่วงระยะเวลาเกือบ
10 ปี
ด้วยการจัด Hair Show, Hair Seminar, Hair Workshop
ทั้งภายในและภายนอกประเทศอย่างต่อเนื่อง จนเป็นบ่อเกิดแห่งบุคลากรคุณภาพ
ซึ่งบุคลากรเหล่านั้นเป็นทั้งบุคลากรภายในบริษัทฯ
เอง, เป็นบุคลากรจาก Glammer Salon
อันเป็นอีกกิจกรรมหนึ่งของบริษัทฯ รวมทั้งเป็นบุคลากรจากภายนอก
ซึ่งบริษัทฯ ได้คัดสรรมาจากช่างผมมืออาชีพทั่วไปที่มีความสามารถชนะการแข่งขันระดับประเทศ
และระดับโลก หรือเป็นนักออกแบบทรงผมที่มีชื่อเสียง มารวมตัวกันที่ศูนย์กลางการศึกษาแห่งนี้
The Company has continously performed many
outstanding track records for almost 10 years
by arranging the world class Hair Show, Hair Seminar and Hair
Workshop locally and abroad.
The events are conducted by the Company's staffs, the staffs
from Glammer Salon&Cafe
which is one of the Company's activities an other outsourced
personnels which the Company
carefully selected from other professional hairdressers who
won the hairdressing award
in both country level and international level or from the famous
stylists. Those experienced
staffs are now the Compnay's Glammer Education Team.
Glammer Significant
บุคลากรที่มาร่วมทำงานใน Glammer Education คือ กลุ่มบุคคลที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และมีความคิดเห็นเป็นแนวทางเดียวกันจนเป็นเอกภาพอย่างหนักแน่น
โดยทุกคนมีความคิดเป็นแนวทางเดียวกันว่า ช่างผม ( Stylist ) ช่างทำสีผม
( Technician )
ช่างแต่งหน้า ( Make Up ) ช่างออกแบบเสื้อผ้า ( Designer ) จะต้องทำงานโดยสนับสนุนซึ่งกันและกัน
จะไม่มีฝ่ายใดปัดความรับผิดชอบไปให้อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งได้ เพราะความงามจะเกิดขึ้นเมื่อทั้ง
4 องค์กร ทำงานกลมกลืนกัน
ดังนั้นทุกครั้งก่อนลงมือปฏิบัติงานและในขณะปฏิบัติงาน ภาพของผลงานสำเร็จแบบเบ็ดเสร็จของทุกองค์กรอย่างลงตัว
เราจึงเรียกเอกลักษณ์ของการทำงานของ Glammer Education นี้สั้นๆ
ว่า Total Intelligent Design
The staffs engaged in GLAMMER EDUCATION are the group of creative
person
who share the same hairdressing view point as a unique that
"the work of a hairdressser,
a technician, a make-up artist and a fashion designer must support
each other,
No one is solely responsible for the beauty is created by the
combination of work
and during the work, the overall picture of complete work must
be conceptualized
in the mind of each party" , We therefore call this characteristic
of this working concept as
"TOTAL INTELLIGENT DESING"
